General Terms of Service

All terms governing the licensed use of services is provided within each executed license agreement.  The terms of each license agreement along with the general terms below govern the use Aurora  software as a service (SaaS) platform and all included modules (Services)   

1. Description of Services

Aurora Healthcare Resources Inc. provides a SaaS platform designed to optimize revenue cycle management for healthcare providers. Our Services include, but are not limited to, revenue cycle workflow, analytics, automation and other solutions.

2. Account Registration

Each currently licensed entity (Client) is solely responsible for authorizing and enabling use of licensed services to individuals (End Users)  Client may only enable use of services for end users who are under the direct supervision and control of client.  Client and end user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under clients licensed use.

3. Use of Services

Your use of services is authorized, controlled and regulated by a currently licensed entity (client)  Client and End User agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws , rules, guidelines and regulations. Additionally, end users shall not:

• Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems or networks.
• Use any automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express written permission.
